朋友相約吃麻辣火鍋,群組內眾人「未出發先淆底」:我吃不到辣呀 x N人。講真,我也只能吃BB辣,但心口永遠掛個勇字,再者,這間台灣過江龍主打水果麻辣湯底,「 只麻口, 不辣喉 」,沒理由不來試試吧!

麻神於2018年頭登陸銅鑼灣,事隔一年,再落戶旺角 (較近油麻地站),旺角店比較細,但少了一份拘束感,想約大班朋友開懷暢談,相信這邊的氣氛更佳。

吃火鍋之前,先加一點醬料,沒有很誇張的大堆頭,主要就是醬油、麻油、辣油,再加一些蔥花、芫茜、蒜蓉。

為了好好應戰,我們先點了飲品。我要的是右邊的「春」(餐廳有齊春夏秋冬特飲,各有特色),是菠蘿汁的味道,不會太甜,面頭還有些花瓣和泡沫點綴,好漂亮。

麻神麻辣鍋底 $198
翻查資料,原來麻神的老闆用了七年時間,用生果、蔬菜、香料及自家秘製麻辣醬做成這款麻辣湯底,每天都要經過煎、煮、炒、炸、熬等多個工序,炮製三個多小時而成,絕對是心機之作,因為這湯底不會嗆喉,所以還可以用杯子盛著來喝。

麻神麻辣鍋 拼 花膠雞鍋 $268
除招牌麻辣湯,我們還非常保險地點了一個不辣的花膠雞鍋,這個湯底我就夠膽喝了,湯底已熬成黃色,裡面有半隻雞、花膠、桂圓等等,喝一口,感覺整隻雞的精華都融進湯裡去,不嗜辣的朋友一定要試。

推介:果凍鴨血 $88
果凍鴨血是這裡的招牌菜,麻辣湯底裡本身都有,我們就是覺得不夠喉,再點了兩份。鴨血質感夠彈性,所以被稱為「果凍」,鴨血做得很入味,與麻辣湯是絕配。

排骨酥由台灣直送,甜甜的竟有點像麵筋,十分惹味,個人來說很喜歡。不過別看它像是炸好了,其實是冷藏食品,必須要放進火鍋裡燙熱,有朋友一見就急不及待塞進嘴巴,說很好味,給我們笑到面黃。

牛小排是我全晚最喜歡的食物,有專人會為大家示範如何三食,我個人最喜歡是第二食,剛灼熟的牛肉十分軟嫰,裡面的蒜心帶點清香,連著湯汁一併放進嘴裡,完美!
