香港人愛吃火鍋,當然我也不例外!心水選擇之一是「四季文昌」,她的椰子湯底以兩個椰青+一個椰皇煮成,沒有添加水份,那種清甜,真的一試難忘,在白色情人節期間,餐廳還推出「花繫土雞套餐」,和情人好好吃頓飯之餘,還可以參加花藝工作坊,一舉兩得。

四季文昌有兩間分店,我較喜歡旺角這一間,旺中帶靜,而且地方很大,坐得較舒適。

我們點了一個花繫土雞套餐 ($588),吃飯之前,先跟Forget Me Not Floral Studio的老師學紮乾花,在老師的指導下,成品也不錯。紮花之後,套餐亦可上桌了。

海膽茶葉蛋拼麻辣雞腎
這是套餐內唯一的熟食,麻辣雞腎對我來說太辣,海膽對我來說也太腥,老實說,這碟不太對胃口,幸好之後的雞鍋挽回了分數。

玫瑰花椰子雞鍋 (半隻)
白色情人節果然浪漫一點,雞鍋加了玫瑰花蕾!
煮時用漏斗計算時間,落了雞後七分鐘吃,時間剛好。因為採用了文昌雞,雞湯不算太油,但店員還是會幫大家隔一下油,那飲湯時就更加放心了!
聽店員介紹,這裡選用的是150至180日的文昌雞,雞件嫰滑,雞味濃郁,還滲入了椰水的淡淡清甜,好吃。

想不到吃火鍋也有三層架吧!我特別喜歡「雞軟骨雞肉滑」,肉滑吃得多,但加入了雞軟骨碎的還是第一次吃到,軟滑得來有咬口,好吃;朋友則最愛雞背肉,肉質爽爽的,坊間較少有。
