牛魔王請舉手!我先來吧🙋🏻♀,Bistro on the Mile的這個自助晚餐,不但有多款澳洲牛肉供應,更有我最愛的鴨肝、凍海鮮,以及美國生蠔任吃,本來沒打算喝的鱷魚肉燉湯,也因為太甜美的緣故,竟然喝了三遍!吃完這一頓,看來又要節食減肥了。

吃自助餐,我的第一目標 定是凍海鮮,這晚的長腳蟹、麵包蟹、龍蝦都叫我吃得滿足,尤其是後兩者,膏量驚人。

普通沙律我就不介紹了,特別的前菜卻一定要吃,例如是泰式牛肉沙律、牛尾雜菜啫哩杯,還有我最愛的鴨肝凍批,我覺得這個鴨肝凍批比熱的煎鴨肝更好吃,一來沒有油膩感,二來十分軟滑,帶少許酒香,超美味!

在日本美食corner,大家可以找到生蠔、魚生、壽司、炸物等等,魚生我就不吃了,但甜蝦、帶子我卻無任歡迎,甜美得很,不小心又吃多。

本來吃自助餐我很少吃粉麵,但這個喇沙湯粉實在太邪惡了,湯底香辣惹味,椰汁味香濃,我見朋友吃得滋味,我也要了一碗,雖然邪惡,但實在值得。
這個鱷魚肉燉湯嘛,本來聽到是鱷魚肉就不敢試,但春天以來氣管真的麻麻,那就即管一試。不試由自可,一試不得了,湯很足料很甜,結果我飲完一盅又一盅,前後共三盅😅!

很飽了嗎?還有每位客人都送一客的和牛大蝦配鴨肝汁,以及金菇牛肉卷,我更喜歡前者,大蝦煎得香氣十足,牛肉十分軟嫰,可惜每人只有一份😅!

雪糕除有杯裝Häagen-Dazs,還一定要吃炒雪糕,朋友旳孩子第一次吃炒雪糕,他以為「炒」過的東西一定是熱的,吃了一口,說:凍嘅!笑死我們了。這個炒雪糕我加了最愛的Oreo,無得輸!
