我喜歡吃中國菜,因為我喜歡喝湯,又喜歡吃點心,來到「明珠海景」,不單可以滿足我的口腹之慾,而且點心還是超美的,更能滿足視覺享受,一次過滿足多個願望。

明珠海景位於北角滙五樓,餐廳如其名,室外位置可以飽覽維港景色,不少新人都會選擇在這裡證婚,順道擺酒。

竹笙金魚餃 ($98)
在眾多點心之中,最喜歡這款金魚餃,栩栩如生,在高湯裡暢泳,魚尾還用食用金粉點綴著,感覺更加矜貴;餃皮做得夠薄,裡面的蝦肉都透出來了,形成了自然的粉紅色,看起來更加像真。金魚餃不但有姿勢,更加有實際,皮薄餡靚,蝦肉爽口彈牙。

之後來了幾個小菜,一樣水準不錯。欖角骨充滿蜜糖香,豬肉軟嫰;桂花蚌新鮮爽口,以XO醬調味,香辣惹味;老虎蝦大大隻、啖啖肉,外層布滿了鹹蛋黃,超邪惡,但我喜歡!
