三點三,又是時候找姊妹下午茶啦!最近我有一個抵食推介:在Hotel VIC的The Farmhouse餐廳,下午茶兩大盤,兩位用才$388,吃的不是便宜貨,而是加入了優質「文茶」茶葉的精緻點心,還奉送無敵海景,想談心、想吃、想打卡都一流!

去Hotel VIC十分方便,北角地鐵站A1出口一出即是。酒店的餐廳不多,其中之一是The Farmhouse,做自助餐及下午茶等,餐廳設有室外及室內座位,坐擁無敵海景。
坊間下午茶一般每人有10-12件,The Farmhouse則十分闊綽,每人有18件,十甜八鹹,今期主題以「文茶」優質日本茶葉為基礎,設計出一系列以茶入饌的日式下午茶。

別以為「平嘢無好」,單看下午茶的造型已經十分精緻吧!再細心留意,你以為螃蟹杯和海膽丼旁邊的是魚子?少年你太年輕了,其實是豉油分子料理,吃時就不用再蘸醬油了,好細心!我的最愛還有抹茶鵝肝凍,抹茶味雖不強烈,但色彩滿Fun,鵝肝凍軟滑好吃!

最後這個茶都很厲害,是變色粉紅花茶Pink Tea,採用了特別的茶葉,本來的綠茶遇上了檸檬汁,就會變成了粉紅色,你說,是不是打卡一流?
