先在五樓點雞尾酒。我這杯是Taka,正是「鷹」的意思,用個「鳥巢」盛著,單是造型已贏到開巷。酒的基底是龍舌蘭、龍眼清酒,中間還有兩粒西瓜冰,一邊飲一邊溶掉,每一口都是不同的感覺。酒甜甜的,很容易入口,調酒師真明白我的心意!

炭燒舞茸菌伴黑松露 $170
有美酒又怎可以沒佳餚?我們要了好幾款前菜,「燻香池魚刺身配青蘋果及鮮磨山葵」是新菜式,沒有不試的理由吧!上桌時用玻璃罩著,侍應燃點上面的蘋果木,即做出煙燻效果,很有睇頭。
「火炙薄切和牛」也很喜歡,油花多,肉味濃,牛肉幾乎還在刺身狀態,十分軟嫰,配以黑松露來吃,更添香氣。

今天我的最愛一定是這個蟹肉湯,裡面有蟹肉又有蟹膏,鮮味之中帶點酸辣,十分出色。

黑豚腩串燒 $180
另一最愛是帆立貝,餐廳採用的是北海道帆立貝,十分鮮甜,面頭的明太子和梅子很能刺激咊蕾;黑豚肉肥瘦夾雜,用醬油燒得甜甜的,佐酒一流。

兩個主菜也很出色。「銀鱈魚西京燒」是這裡的招牌菜,魚肉厚身,魚油足又鮮味;燒牛柳外層焦香,裡面軟嫰,也是水準之作。

最後來個甜品拼盤吧!我們只三個人,要個小的就可以。拼盤內有日本時令水果、巧克力流心蛋糕、日式香芒椰子燉蛋伴熱情果泡沫,超喜愛那個燉蛋,因為我愛吃香芒和椰子呀,感覺十分清新!
