火鍋
先說火鍋部分。湯底可以選四川麻辣、清湯及鴛鴦湯,朋友是辣妹,我不能吃辣,後者就最適合,河水不犯水。
火鍋配料有龍躉片、鮮黃牛肉、四寶丸 (牛丸、豬肉丸、蝦丸、墨魚丸)、雲吞水餃、雜錦時蔬。龍躉好大片,魚肉新鮮實淨,牛肉嫰滑,丸類及餃類都是餐廳自家製作,比來貨更新鮮。

爐端燒
爐端燒則有海膽燒波士頓龍蝦、燒南瓜番薯、燒雞骹骨拼黑豚肉年糕粒。龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,配上海膽醬更添鮮味,我的最愛還有日本番薯,燒過後好甜美。

粟米餅 $138
套餐以外,我們還點了兩個小吃,都很有驚喜!三文魚皮薄身得來還附著少許魚肉,超級香脆,佐酒一流;粟米餅是甜品,好大的一塊,外層脆卜卜,裡面煙靭,布滿著甜美的粟米,聽說粟米餅是這裡的必點名物,果然名不虛傳!
