人多,等來等去,先點了湯品和前菜來醫肚。我本身不太喜歡魚湯,沒想過這個「宋嫂鮮魚羹」會叫我刮目相看,用了新鮮的石斑魚,一片一片的很有酒香,魚肉鮮甜不腥,加了少許醋去調味,好喜歡。
「精美四小拼」包括花雕醉雞、揚州水晶肉、雞絲粉皮、拍開洋黃瓜,最喜歡的是水晶肴肉,入口即溶,中式啫喱是也。

蔥燒富貴魚 $228
多寶魚先以花雕酒和鹽醃過,炸至外脆內嫩,最後撒下孜然粉,一上桌已嗅到陣陣香味。多寶魚魚骨不多,吃起來啖啖肉,蘸一下旁邊的酸甜汁,很好吃;不能錯過的還有面頭的蔥,帶點清甜,很有提鮮作用。

烤北京填鴨(半) $179
今晚的主角來了,好喜歡這裡的片皮鴨。烤鴨每隻約2公斤重,能切出108片,配料方面,有青瓜、京蔥、哈蜜瓜,醬料也有蜂蜜黃梅醬和傳統京醬,好豐富!
師傅先片出幾塊鴨胸皮,這又稱為「一口酥」,蘸上白砂糖,鬆脆、有鴨香又不油膩。
之後就可以將餅皮包著鴨肉、哈密瓜和青瓜等等同吃,特別喜歡吃哈密瓜,既爽且甜;烤鴨以北京傳統掛爐的形式烤製,鴨皮香脆,鴨肉細嫰又充滿肉汁,讚!

漁港飄香海珍鍋 $358
海珍鍋的材料豐富又矜貴:鮑魚、大蝦、帶子、冬菇,感覺還真像過年的盤菜呢,大廚以南乳、磨豉醬為主調,別有一番風味,底下有一些芋頭和津白等,美味又飽肚,長輩們好喜歡,必點。
