最近發現了一個很好的自助午餐,真心想推介:

不過我的最愛還是凍海鮮,尤其是長腳蟹,一大排一大排的,又粗又長,超級鮮甜,好多人都吃完又吃,幸好餐廳補充得快,不怕吃不到。

今天刺身有醋鯖魚、劍魚腩、三文魚、比目魚柳、刺身虎蝦、八爪魚,選擇不少;壽司的款色也多,色彩繽紛。

搶攻完一輪凍食,是時候吃點熱的暖暖胃。這裡有麵檔和粥檔,我更喜歡吃粥,點了蟹肉、帶子、皮蛋,煮得夠綿,很好吃。

平日吃自助餐,我很少會吃燒牛肉,因為吃了太快飽,但這塊「低溫烤香料牛肉眼」卻是我今天的推介之一,經過低溫烤焗,牛肉腍身又有肉味,是水準之作。

最後還吃了一碗薑醋,餐廳細心地將豬手、雞蛋和薑分開擺放,想吃甚麼勺甚麼。

如果你是榴槤控,來到這裡實在不得了,因為實在有太多榴槤甜品啦!每道榴槤甜品都會有個黃色牌子標明,不吃的朋友亦不會拿錯中伏。
先說蛋糕,有榴蓮慕絲蛋糕、榴槤天使蛋糕,榴槤蛋白脆脆,我最喜歡天使蛋糕,海綿蛋糕有空氣感,十分鬆軟,忌廉也打得滑身,榴槤味重,超美味!

即焗的榴槤甜品有流心撻和流心布甸,我較喜歡前者,因為新鮮出爐的曲奇皮實在鬆化無比,一切即流心,必吃。

飽到爆炸了嗎?還得支持下去呀,因為未吃雪糕!
十款的Häagen-Dazs雪糕及雪條,新口味包括「柚子香橙」和「奇異果芒果乳酪雪糕」,不過說到我的最愛,還是「脆心花生醬雪條」,裡面有crunchy的花生粒,鹹鹹的脆脆的,每次來都會吃。

平時我不吃朱古力噴泉,但今天要破戒,因為想一嘗「世界第四種朱古力」紅寶石朱古力。粉紅色不是來自莓頪,而是來自加工提取的純天然粉末,吃起來帶點天然莓果味,酸酸甜甜,又靚又好吃,難怪會在日本大熱!
