下了好多天雨啦,叫人心情鬱悶,難得今天太陽先生出來了,急不及待想找一間靚景餐廳晚飯,思前想後,不如就Hotel VIC 23樓的Cruise吧,居高臨下,無敵維港景,Magic Hour去最好,既有黃昏日落美景,晚一點更有燈火璀燦的夜景,現在餐廳正推出五道菜的「法.越晚餐」,可以加Wine Pairing,美酒佳餚+維港美景,這一夜,酒不醉人人自醉!

在等候朋友的當兒,我們先點飲品;我要的是Daniel’s Colada,是Pina Colada的變奏版,使用了椰青水,加入了冧酒、菠蘿及青檸汁等,感覺更加清新。

第一道菜:法國鴨肉醬配法式多士、甜蝦配油封蜜瓜、
法國鴿腿配松露肉凍、焗薄脆酥皮配牛尾醬
頭盤都算大堆頭,共有四款小吃,經理請我們有次序的吃:鴿腿 > 甜蝦蜜瓜 > 薄脆酥 > 鴨肉醬多士。吃完最後的多士,口內油香滿溢,這時可以喝一口白酒,感覺煥然一新。

第二道菜:越南米紙卷配阿拉斯加蟹肉
說到越南菜,米紙卷都算是招牌菜了,Cruise做出來的則更矜貴,裡面充滿了阿拉斯加蟹肉,配以洋蔥絲和香草,更添香氣;伴碟的是芒果蓉,酸酸甜甜的很搭配。

第三道菜:法國野生黃油雞湯配洋蔥蓉
吃到中場,你以為我飲杯茶?其實這是雞湯!杯底放了洋蔥蓉,上桌後經理再倒入黃油雞湯,湯既清且甜,一滴油都沒有,朋友笑說有點像「滴雞精」,濃濃的雞香確有點像呢!

第四道菜:芝士焗越南大頭蝦
主菜可以選鵝肝牛柳或越南大頭蝦,我選了後者,一上桌,芝士香味即撲鼻而來,上面還有好幾粒法國田螺。吃了面層的芝士,看見蝦頭有著金黃色的蝦膏,立即勺來試試,噢,真不得了,甘香豐腴,蝦肉亦鮮甜彈牙,果然沒選錯,很好吃。

第五道菜:越式紅豆糕配法國特濃咖啡雪糕
吃過主菜,甜品來了。造型十分精緻,面頭是咖啡雪糕,味道濃郁,底下是清新的紅豆糕,一濃一淡,很配合,旁邊還有一些爆汁珠珠,一咬即破,十分過癮。

法式焗阿拉斯加鱈魚、紐西蘭蜆及野菌 $220
我們另外還點了兩個招牌菜試試,鴿胸煮得軟嫰,意大利飯入味而不膩滯;鱈魚夠滑身,野菌和蜆都好吃,如果不是已經吃得撐著肚子,相信又會有人問「有沒有白飯」了!
