新店位於K11的三樓,設有室外及室內座位,但香港這天時嘛,在戶外打邊爐真的考驗太大,我還是走回室內去。

在餐廳的中間當眼處,有一個香料展示區,很多香料都來自四川,在香港較少見,如二荊條、川薑、辣椒王、紅花椒、靈香草、貴州子彈頭等等,叫人大開眼界之餘,也可以想像,這裡的火鍋是更有四川風味。

蒜泥白肉卷香蔬 $92 (辣*)
在等候朋友之際,先點了一些前菜,由不辣的肴肉凍開始,再由小辣至大辣,十分刺激。雖然「麻辣海螺」最辣,但大家都讚不絕口,我也就冒險一試,嗯,海螺有咬口,而且相當入味,真的不錯,我分兩小口把它KO了。
想吃辣又不想太刺激,「蒜泥白肉卷香蔬」是好選擇,蔬菜爽口清脆,中和了辣味,屬清新之選。

水煮鴨血豆腐鍋 $228 (辣****)
人齊了,開爐吧!因為標榜是養生鍋,所以正式吃火鍋前,可以先喝湯。
「酸菜泡椒豬骨鍋」辣度是二星,我都接受得到,而且邊爐打得愈久,辣度好像也在減退。
「水煮鴨血豆腐鍋」以豆瓣醬、二荊條辣椒、花椒、香砂、白豆蔻、桂丁等20種香料煮成濃湯,誘發出辛辣、香麻的滋味,是這裡的招牌鍋,鍋裡還有鴨血和冰豆腐,吸收了湯的精華,嗜辣族必點。
