是咪開始年紀大?其實我都幾喜歡飲茶吃點心,平日陪父母去飲早茶,更是我的「親子活動」。最近旺角雅蘭中心開了一間「點心廊」,由入廚50年的陳小麒師傅主理,打正旗號吃點心,「廊」是畫廊的意思,餐廳裡面的壁畫、蒸籠上的圖案等等,都出於陳師傅的手筆,煮而優則畫,由美食至畫作都打造成為藝術品,令人敬佩!
為慶祝新店開張,由即日起至本月尾惠顧點心廊,食客可享全單85折,不妨趁機一試,我都正在約家人再去一趟啦。

除了喝中國茶,這裡也有提供較西式的飲品,這天我感冒,點了一杯「黑金剛」,其實是陳皮煲可樂,大大的一片陳皮,加上陳皮碎,理氣去痰化咳,喝完意猶未盡,加滾水喝多杯,感覺好舒服。

創作六式拼盤 $198 (兩位用)
想一次過試齊餐廳的招牌點心,可以點這個「創作六式拼盤」,包含:金箔墨汁蟹粉鮮蝦餃、海膽鳳眼餃、原隻鮑魚雞粒酥、黃金啤梨鹹水角、黑白芝麻流心煎堆仔、一口燕窩蛋撻,造型超IG-able。
所有點心都不錯,特別喜歡有fusion感的「海膽鳳眼餃」,海膽很鮮甜,底下的鮮蝦亦爽口彈牙;另外「黃金啤梨鹹水角」也很好,不單外形立體精緻,而且外層炸得脆卜卜,十分香口;蝦餃也很講究,坊間的蝦餃普遍只有8摺,陳師傅卻堅持有12摺,更加美觀。
有個「細心位」值得一讚,就是在熱氣的鹹水角和煎堆仔底下,都有一塊生苦瓜給你清熱,清爽怡人。

黑魚籽脆脆糯米 $48
又是靚到「揼一聲」,半煎炸糯米包著瑤柱及蝦肉等材料,香脆無比,上面是青瓜及德國黑魚籽,味道頗重,可以先將黑魚籽鋪平才吃,味道會更加平均。

「倫教糕」是甚麼?原來即是白糖糕,因起源於順德倫教鎮而得名,白糖糕常常會有陣酸味,陳師傅卻將之改良,口感更鬆軟之餘,酸味亦隨之消失,想尋回兒時回憶的,不妨一試。
