如最近去K11逛街,你會發現這裡多了一間新餐廳,名為「幸福鳥」,顧名思義,是指帶來幸福的鳥兒,「鳥」字同時指日本燒鳥 (烤雞),所以大家來到這裡,一定要試試招牌的烤雞串,我的私心推介有豉汁活鰻、沖繩菠蘿・膠原BB豬,以及芝士年糕等等。
餐廳門口是仿日本神宮設計,食客可以在食飯前先洗手祈福,然後才正式開始幸福的一餐。

進入日本神宮之前會洗手潔淨,幸福鳥的門口也有相似設計,大家吃飯之前洗一洗手,打一打卡,都是開心的事。

很喜歡餐廳的筷子托,是一隻白鴿,十分可愛,也與餐廳名字「幸福鳥」互相呼應。

甘醋冷番茄 $38
先來些前菜吧,這個冰鎮的「甘醋冷番茄」單是造型已經無得輸,車厘茄經去皮後浸以日本甘醋,味道清新,旁邊還有粒粒啫喱,夏天吃夠清新。

在座有一位好喜歡吃納豆的朋友,這碟正合她的心水。「幸福三素食」有納豆、紅菜頭及秋葵,伴碟的是山芋蓉,是健康之選。

京都特濃男前豆腐 $48
在香港吃凍豆腐,很多時都是百福豆腐,看到那些格仔印會有些不開心;這裡就有誠意得多,豆腐由日本空運到港,豆味特濃,只加薑蓉提味,軟滑清新。

豬大腸清洗乾淨後,加入大根、薯糕,用木魚清湯煮三小時,豬腸軟腍入味,惟蘿蔔有點太鹹,美中不足。

既是主打爐端燒,店內也有師傅坐鎮,沒理由不點來試試吧。「馬蹄鮮魷燒肉棒」是將馬蹄、土魷與豬肉拌勻後後生燒,吃到粒粒爽口馬蹄及鮮魷,口感更勝一籌。

今晚最喜歡的是這個「豉汁活鰻」,做法簡單,只是將豉汁塗上白鱔燒烤,不過因為白鱔好靚,新鮮又厚肉,完全沒有泥味,鱔皮又燒得香脆,超美味!

免治軟骨雞肉串燒 $118/四串;阿波尾雞脾肉燒 $108/四串
雞肉串可以選免治的或原粒雞肉的,前者一客四串分別有鹽燒 、芝士、麻辣及雞汁,後者則是鹽燒、山葵、紫蘇梅醬、汁燒,較有印象的是「紫蘇梅醬」,因為我特別喜歡紫蘇葉的香氣,不過梅醬太鹹了一點,扣了分。

魷魚也是好吃的,厚肉軟嫰,裡面還塗上了一層魷魚肝醬,更添香氣。

我喜歡吃燒乳豬,這裡也做得好,乳豬慢煮十小時再燒烤,皮脆肉嫰,伴碟的是燒沖繩菠蘿,香甜多汁,更可以為乳豬消消膩,配合得很好。

喜之次一夜干 $128
先把魚用鹽、淸酒醃製一 晚,然後鹽燒,我們點了兩條,第一條有點腥,第二條較好,我是很喜歡吃日本燒魚的,希望下次再光臨時,他們的水準可以更穩定。

芝士年糕 $32/兩件
這個芝士年糕也是必點,年糕軟熟不死實,面頭燒得金黃微焦,裡面是半流心芝士,我好怕肥,但仍吃完一塊又一塊,下次再來一定要encore。
