【點一龍】全天候點心供應 必試「神還原」西瓜糕

我有時都會做下孝順女,陪兩老去飲早茶,不過有個問題是,吃的點心重重複複,有時都幾悶,所以呢,我決定下次帶他們去尖沙咀的「點一龍」試試,這裡地點就腳,全日都有點心供應,而且還經常推陳出新,像最新的「西瓜糕」,味道清甜,造型又可愛,就是我近期的最愛!

點一龍其實很方便,就在海港城地下,但有些朋友單看地址總是找不到,走入商場又走出商場,為甚麼都找不到?因為她的門口在橫街,即太子酒店對面,記住這點就找到了。

馬蹄甘筍姬松茸湯 $55
「湯怪」又出場了,想不到這裡有素湯出現,馬蹄和甘筍本身都很清甜,加上松茸的香氣,這湯十分好喝,雖說是叫來開心share,最後我差不多獨佔了一盅。

原隻鮑魚雞球粥 $98+瑤柱XO醬蛋絲腸粉 $68
幾款點心之中,我特別喜歡鮑魚雞球粥,煮得綿滑,而且味道香濃不會「寡」,加上XO醬腸粉,肯定是個good morning。

這天是和朋友來晚飯,所以都點了一些小菜。令我驚喜的是「乳香脆魚塊」,這個「乳」不是牛奶,而是南乳,南乳魚塊,配搭很新鮮吧,外脆內軟,南乳味香,好吃過西式快餐店的炸魚柳多多聲啦!

水煮鴛鴦魚 $148
點一龍的魚實在出色,我們再點了蒸的和水煮的,一樣嫰滑。
「水煮鴛鴦魚」是魷魚和龍脷柳,雖然我怕辣,也忍不住吃了一塊,龍脷香滑,辣味鮮香,底下的芽菜和豆卜等,都被朋友一一KO;如果怕辣,還是乖乖吃更正氣的「蟲草花蒸魚塊」吧,完全無骨,啱晒老人家,有蒸魚豉油喎,不如叫碗白飯?

一向喜歡吃咕嚕肉,酸咪咪好開胃,這個更加入了香脆的油炸鬼,完全無遺和感之餘,更添口感。

原汁原味西瓜糕 $44
甜品方面,不得不提這個「西瓜糕」,只以西瓜汁加魚膠粉做,難怪說「原汁原味」,連著西瓜皮上桌,可謂「神還原」,吃時可灑上梅粉,更添台灣風味,但個人還是喜歡吃原味,已經very good啦!
