我向來都生活在「阿婆的節奏」,超級早睡早起,如你和我剛好相反,屬貓頭鷹一族,需要很多美味的宵夜,「深宵食堂」最近在旺角開了新分店,餐廳裝潢更女性化,餐牌還有很多佐酒小吃,放工後約朋友談天說地最好。

餐廳位於旺角新大廈Ladder Dundas,樓上樓下的餐廳還在籌備開業,深宵食堂就先贏個馬鼻開始做生意了。餐廳放了好多粉紅色花花,感覺更女性化。

為了迎接更多女客,餐廳還特意將餐牌減鹹,亦供應更多甜酒。就像這瓶柚子梅,我就很喜歡了。柚子和梅的味道都那麼清新,合起來幾乎是無敵!

先來了一堆前菜,有些都頗特別,如冰球漬原來是三文魚的前額,有很多軟骨,吃起來特別爽口;酒盗芝士那一盤則是吞拿魚內臟,夾著鹹香的芝士吃,別有一番風味。

蒜燒茄子也很特別,茄子皮經過燒烤後會變硬,不宜食用,吃時要用匙子將面頭的茄子蓉刮出來,吃到蒜粒和七味粉等,味道頗為濃烈。

老闆多次向我們推薦雞泡魚乾,那就一試吧!餐廳使用的是高級貨色,魚乾較厚肉和腍身,果然跟坊間的不同呢;白鱔也很不錯,厚肉,鱔皮烤得香脆。

晚餐時間到來,不可錯過他們的飯,都很有特色。「貓飯」面頭鋪滿了木魚絲,我更愛「奶油飯」,上面是一塊厚牛油,趁熱將飯與牛油拌勻,超邪惡,但也超級美味!
另一推薦是鵝肝雜菌石鍋飯,面頭是一塊厚厚的煎鵝肝,吃時與底下的雜菌和飯拌勻,好惹味,二人吃分量剛好。

我很喜歡吃一夜干,這晚都要了一條。採用日本黃花魚,很大的一條,賣$128頗划算,鹹香味美,看來又要加碗飯了!
