近來滿城風雨,心情認真麻麻,這天來到機場,飯還是要吃的,那就吃好一點吧!乘車到博覽館站,沿路走向SkyCity Marriott,遙望著燈光璀燦的機場,發現香港還是那麼美,心裡有點感動,有點唏噓,對的,大家要吃得多、睡得好,再走漫長的路。

我們走到萬豪中菜廳,偌大的落地玻璃窗,窗邊座位都可以遙望機場,無論日景或夜景,景觀都是一流。

雲耳海蜇花、玉帶梨香、蜜餞火方
先來前菜,最喜歡的是中間的「玉帶梨香」,共有三層:帶子、蝦膠、雪梨,炸得香脆,而且有不同的口感與味道,感覺十分豐富。

蜜餞叉燒皇
叉燒皇是這裡的招牌菜,碟子中間有幾粒熱石,上桌後服務員淋上叉燒汁,熱石發出嘰嘰聲,叫人食指大動。叉燒又厚又腍,蜜汁香濃,朋友忍不住要了碗白飯!

香芒金絲蝦丸
香口食物不可少,這個蝦丸做得不錯,金絲脆卜卜,不油不膩,蝦丸鮮味彈牙,別忘了淋上芒果汁,現在芒果正當造呢!酸甜開胃。

黃金炸蟹蓋
炸蟹蓋也不可錯過,造型十分有趣,還是第一次見到這螃蟹碟子,唯肖唯妙。蟹蓋面層是麵包糠,炸得鬆脆,裡面是啖啖蟹肉,加了忌廉,怕膩滯的話,可以澆上少許醋汁,吃起來更有層次。

紅燒八頭湯鮑伴白玉海鮮盞
瓜甫裡面包著蝦膠,面頭加上一隻八頭鮑魚;瓜甫略嫌有點甜,鮑魚則炆得軟腍入味,蝦膠亦爽口彈牙,可以用刀叉來享受。

洛神花燉原個雪梨
近來不斷的氣管敏感,要潤一潤呀,這個雪梨啱晒我,不會一味死甜,帶少許梨的酸香,不錯呢。吃完這餐飯又再充滿力量,香港人加油!
