很久沒去Cruise吃飯了,上次來已是半年前,當時是品嘗法越五道菜晚餐,闊別多時,原來酒店已Re-brand,由Hotel VIC華麗轉身成為Hyatt Centric,Cruise亦因為有新主廚加盟,由主打法越菜變為東南亞菜,選擇更多元化。我最愛就是星馬菜了,整體感覺更啱食,熱辣辣即燒BBQ更是我的必吃推介!

由北角MTR走出來不消兩分鐘,就可以見到醒目的一幢酒店,她以前叫Hotel VIC,現在則以全新形象Hyatt Centric開業。

乘電梯去到23樓就是Cruise了,餐廳裝修跟以前差不多,有室內及室外座位,隨著聖誕佳節臨近,擺設增添了節日氣氛。

在等候朋友的當兒,先點一杯Mocktail,這杯Pink Crystal不含酒精,以玫瑰茶、玫瑰糖水、青檸汁、蔓越莓汁、石榴糖水及汽水等打造,酸酸甜甜很開胃,還是我最愛的粉紅色啊。

蝦片是免費奉客的,不過都相當有誠意,伴以三種醬料:馬來西亞醃菜、辣椒啫喱、番茄參巴醬,看似最沒殺傷力的番茄參巴醬卻是最辣的一員,對我來說,蝦片本身已夠香脆鮮美,不用蘸任何醬料已經好美味。

沙嗲雞肉串 $120
我很喜歡的還有沙嗲串燒,餐廳中央可以看著師傅現場燒製 (別擔心,抽風系統很好,餐廳完全沒有油煙味),今晚點了雞肉,很好吃!火候控制得好,面頭微焦,雞肉細嫰,配以花生沙嗲醬,惹味。

點了主菜,白飯可以無限添加,還是由美女勺的,眼睛先吃冰淇淋。第一道主菜是「瑪莎曼咖喱燉牛肋骨」,據經理介紹,是將牛肋骨與咖喱同炆4.5小時,難怪這麼軟腍入味,瑪莎曼咖哩屬泰式咖哩,辣度相對溫和,帶點甜味,用來佐飯一流。

除了燉牛肋骨外,牛魔王們還點了這個煎牛肋骨,有點像韓式燒烤,可以用生菜包著來吃,蘸點醬汁更惹味,如果能配一杯韓國米酒更痛快!
