近來天氣都是陰陰凍,好想吃熱食啊,最好是熱到燙嘴那種!最近去了尖沙咀的沙嗲軒,想不到主打東南亞美食的她都竟然賣起煲仔菜來,試了煲仔飯「豉汁白鱔煲仔飯」和煲仔湯「魚湯浸鮮淮山雜菜煲」,兩款都好味得豎起大拇指!

全港共有三間沙嗲軒,全部置身信和集團酒店內。我今天去了皇家太平洋酒店的一家,在尖沙咀,十分就腳。

先來飲品吧,桌面有個醒目的餐牌在推薦「暖心之選」,咦,竟然有熱的「香茅斑蘭青檸水」?我就要試試。
將斑蘭葉泡了在熱飲中,香氣發揮得更淋漓盡致,淡淡的甜味,好喜歡!

說到我最愛的沙嗲軒美食之一,一定是這碟黃金脆魚皮,由師傅現做,上桌時還是暖笠笠的,而且沒有坊間包裝魚皮那麼甜,鹹香鬆脆,有水準。每次來都會點,卻每次都讓我置身人生交叉點,又邪惡又美味,該怎麼辦?還是吃了再算!

來到沙嗲軒,沒理由不吃招牌沙嗲串,雞牛豬肉都烤得微焦,卻不會太乾身,沙嗲醬由師傅秘製,充滿花生香氣,yummy!

這是我今天的No. 1最愛!湯底用生魚和高湯熬製而成,超級鮮甜,配以新鮮的百合、鮮淮山等,蔬菜不會煮到死腍,口感仍帶點爽脆,出色。我是湯怪,喝完一碗又一碗!

豉汁白鱔煲仔飯 $188
煲仔飯的選擇頗多,有幾款都想試啊,如「金蠔蝦乾煲仔飯」、「臘味滑雞煲仔飯」、「黑蒜臘腸田雞腿煲仔飯」等,最後朋友選了這個豉汁白鱔,果然英明,採用了本地白鱔,肥美肉厚,加上惹味豉汁和秘製甜醬油,哎呀呀,明明要戒飯嘛,今天又要破戒啦。

無論吃得有多飽,我仍是有位置吃甜品的,這個甜品併盤有夠大堆頭的:黃金香蕉球、斑蘭蛋糕、馬六甲椰汁西米布甸、椰子雪糕、水果。我最愛的是斑蘭蛋糕,非常軟綿,充滿斑蘭香氣,拍得住星洲名牌,配以甜美的椰子雪糕,倍添滿足!
