我是觀塘地膽,吃過不少觀塘美食,但老實說,這裡的工廈餐廳實在太多了,五花八門,沒可能全部都知道。今日就有朋友帶我「搵食」,一同去到敬運工業大廈的「御膳」吃晚飯,餐廳勝在海鮮款式多,而且每款都鮮甜高質,我們自訂餐單四人盛惠$2,480 (有寫價錢的是額外點選),有齊魚蝦蟹,還有海皇翅和蟶子等,豐盛又抵食!

香芒沙律大蝦球
先來前菜,鮮蝦加了漿粉炸香,然後淋上芒果汁,底下還有好多水果沙律,主要是清爽的青紅蘋果,酸酸甜甜好開胃,吃罷這個,我已經準備好吃主菜了!

海皇翅十分足料,蟹肉、魚翅等毫不吝嗇,湯底熬得鮮香濃郁,大大的一碗好滿足。

蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇
好喜歡這蟶子皇啊,肉質彈牙,味道超級鮮甜,而且完全無沙,加上惹味的鴛鴦蒜泥,實在無得輸,別忘了吃底下的粉絲啊,吸收了海鮮精華所在。

大肉蟹 (花雕雞油蛋白蒸)
大肉蟹的做法很多,可選花雕雞油蛋白蒸、避風塘炒、薑蔥炒、胡椒炒、四川香辣炒等等,大師兄幫大家選擇了蛋白蒸,果然英明!蛋白香滑細嫰,「雪」一聲就滑到了喉嚨去,底下還有粒粒薑花,蟹身肉厚鮮甜,十分高質。

沒想過東星斑可以這樣生煎,皮脆肉嫰,只可惜底下的醬油太過重手,稍為鹹了一點,下次請師傅只灑幾滴醬油就夠了。

花膠扒羊肚菌
花膠分量可不少,每人兩三塊不是夢,炆得軟腍入味;整顆的羊肚菌很落本,據說它有益腸胃,可幫助消化,我今日有點胃痛,大家不要和我爭,讓我多吃兩顆吧,好香啊!

說到今晚的最愛,非這鮑魚莫屬,滿滿的胡椒香氣,入口香辣惹味,鮑魚質感彈牙,整道菜餚十分完美,雖然$68/隻不算便宜,但絕對值得一試。

富瑤炒飯
這碟炒飯十分富貴,內裡有新鮮南非鮑魚、瑤柱、金華火腿等,師傅加入秘製醬汁炒製,米飯粒粒分明而且入味;最搞笑是我有眼不識泰山,開始時以為鮑魚粒是肥豬肉,非常順手地扔掉,給朋友盡情恥笑後,我立即從碟子拾回來吃,yummy!

芒果布丁
最後附送甜品,每晚都不同,例如有芒果布丁、芝士布丁、雲呢拿布丁或椰汁紅豆糕等,小小的一杯,香甜又refreshing,不消一分鐘就幹掉。
