店內共有兩條配送系統,一條在餐廳中央,另一條則在壁畫下面,大家order食物後,只要是size不過於巨型的,都會由這條日式孔雀魚送到客人桌子旁邊,緊記拍照要快,因為逾時魚兒就會さようなら👋🏻👋🏻返回起點啦。

吃到瘋了!還點了好多壽司啊。我的最愛是「和牛鵝肝壽司」,和牛入口即溶,還帶著濃重的鵝肝香氣,是貴了一點,但物有所值。
另一款「文甲魷魚海膽壽司佐鹽昆布」考慮了很久要不要吃,因為我膽固醇超標,魷魚是超高膽固醇的呢,魔鬼朋友吃了一件後不斷說好吃,好吧,我就入地獄!果然很不錯,魷魚完全不靭也不腥,與海膽和昆布的鮮味渾然天成。

海膽縞蝦蔥吞拿魚腩壽司杯 $188
相比牡丹蝦和甜蝦,縞蝦因為產量較少,所以少人認識,牠們盛產於北海道日本海一帶,蝦殼有獨特的條紋 (大家可看看蝦尾),味道十分鮮甜,所以我們叫了好幾款縞蝦,包括這款壽司杯,我們五個人共五杯,碟子合起來剛好是一朵櫻花,加上粉紅色的吞拿魚腩,好美啊,又要打卡了。

搶攻完一輪刺身壽司後,連我那位非常「熱底」的朋友都感受到一股寒意!放心,餐廳都有提供熱食,我的最愛永遠都是喜知次,魚皮香脆,魚肉嫰滑,擺盤立體,十分吸睛。
另一必點是燒拖羅肉筋,坊間少有,師傅以火燒過拖羅肉筋,將油香逼出,肉筋非常滑溜,「雪」一聲就滑進喉嚨;柚子酸汁和辣椒蘿蔔蓉酸中帶微辣,中和了魚油的膩滯感。
