這天約了朋友到荃灣如心的「如粵滬」吃午餐,他們一個二個都遲到,我就坐著看餐牌,頭兩版是「星級之味」、「廚師推介」,很多菜式都好吸引啊,不理了,既然今日他們遲到,一於由我發辦吧!

顧名思義,「如粵滬」主要吃廣東和上海菜,所以餐廳裝修十分中式,特別喜歡大廳的福祿壽,很有點氣勢。

金沙黃金軟殻蟹 $268
首先看中的是這碟「金沙黃金軟殻蟹」,平時黃金蝦吃得多,這個不用剝殻的黃金蟹,吃起來更方便啊!鹹蛋黃均勻地沾滿軟殻蟹的四周,鹹香惹味,與軟殻蟹十分搭配,我果然是有眼光的。

如心的叉燒出名,怎可以不吃?師傅做得很好,厚切、腍身,而且夠juicy,老實說,我對叉燒的要求很高,坊間很多都做得不好,這個絕對有水準。

如心素叉燒 $63
不知何解,我明明已叫了叉燒,朋友卻叫多個素叉燒和我「爭生意」,本來對素肉不太有好感,這個卻叫我另眼相看。素叉燒用麵筋做,外層烤得微脆,而且掃上了蜜糖,甜絲絲的,感覺比真叉燒更輕盈,果然搶去我不少生意!

食神飯 $128
然後又不知道哪個誰,竟叫了一碗「食神飯」,上面又有叉燒,媽呀,三碟叉燒會否太多呢?朋友解釋說,這個食神飯用上了日本米和日本蛋,好吃的。好啦好啦,又試試。
請看那飯的照片,當白飯遇上了蛋汁和豉油,真的太美味了,還配上美味的叉燒,只能說,無叫錯!

吃完黃金軟殻蟹,心裡有份罪惡感,於是同時要了個豆腐,豆腐滑、花膠鮮,是很好的配搭,清清淡淡,又是另一道美食風景。

養顏杏汁蛋白露 $43
好飽啦,但看見甜品名單上有杏汁蛋白,三個女人還是每人要了一碗,好香杏汁味,不太厚身,清新又滋補養顏,完美。
