法國過江龍GC一向都是K11 Musea的超級人氣店,吃不吃到得看運氣,因為每逢假期,只要牛角酥一出爐就會被搶購一空,想吃?乖乖排下一轉再搶吧!
牛角酥在商場內現場製作,香氣四溢,咬一口,酥皮香脆、牛油味香濃,簡單而美味。

DAMA的純素軟雪糕口感軟滑、味道濃郁、外形趣致,一早已成為K11 Musea的打卡店,我最愛的口味是火龍果和竹炭可可椰子,最近卻加入了新競敵:貓山王榴槤、西西里島開心果軟雪糕 ($68@、$72 Mix)。

純素雪糕
兩款都好想試啊,不過餐廳每天轉口味,這天只能遇上貓山王 (想光顧特定口味,可留意DAMA官方FB每周公布),採用了馬來西亞頂級貓山王,味道香濃,連樓上店舖都嗅到味道,可想而知其厲害!

鏞記燒鵝最出名啦,這裡用了炭爐上枱,香噴噴又夠gimmick,很適合年輕人來打卡!大白兔糖是不少人的童年回憶,餐廳用了來做奶凍,相信又有很多「變態狂徒」會打著牠的屁股來拍片upload吧!

我這天拍攝的是自助午餐,如不吃主菜只需$298起,我個人來說,只吃外面的沙律吧和甜品已經超開心!沙律吧有多款高級沙律菜,如火箭菜、羽衣甘藍、嫰菠菜等,更不得了的,是有我喜歡的紅菜頭,有益健康,另外亦有多款cold cut,包括巴馬火腿,吃得我不亦樂乎。
