話說,鬈毛本來9/2就會起程到台灣工作,無限期待新鮮的空氣、美味的早午晚餐,還想買些台灣米回家 (特別喜歡台灣珍珠米) ⋯⋯好可惜,就在臨出發前幾天,台灣當局更改了入境政策,令行程泡湯。失望,但完全理解。
困在家裡好幾天,悶得發荒,與其坐著等中招,不如出去走走,這天到銅鑼灣吃了一間不錯的台灣料理,一解遊台不遂的相思之苦。

犇,「奔」的古字,有眾牛奔走之意,很有衝勁呢!餐廳以木系餐桌配搭綠色植物,再加上一些台式標語牌,很有點台灣古早感覺。

先來點小吃吧,特別喜歡那炸花枝丸,鮮味彈牙;話梅番茄酸甜多汁,是很好的餐前小吃;皮蛋豆腐一向是我的最愛,這個將兩者搓勻,每口都充滿醬汁和木魚碎,特別好吃。

來到台式餐廳豈有不喝珍珠奶茶的道理?這裡特別多選擇,黑糖的、香芋綠茶的,受不了牛奶的,還可以選有機燕麥奶;我今晚則選了同樣很受食客歡迎的水果茶,裡面有新鮮西柚、西瓜、蘋果、火龍果等,邊飲邊吃水果,不亦樂乎。

如果你有留意各大網購平台,會發現犇之食堂有出售即食伴麵。原來餐廳與1933年台灣百年老店「東和製油」合作,研製出自家手工製條,大家來到這裡,當然是吃新鮮的,有粗有幼,前者煙靭有嚼勁,後者掛湯力強,各適其適。
我們叫了兩款不同的牛肉麵,三寶有牛腩、牛筋、牛肚,紅燒牛肉則是牛腱。餐廳採用了美國牛肉,每天淆製八小時,牛肉夠腍,湯頭清甜帶少許辣味;還得重點推介那自家醃製的酸菜,酸甜爽口,媽媽為了這酸菜不斷添麵,今晚吃得特別多,讓我大感安慰!

犇之滷肉飯 $48
除麵之外,大家還可以點飯和水餃等。滷肉飯三分肥七分瘦,稍為調校了味道,沒台灣的甜,採用日本新潟米,粒粒煙靭,與台灣滷肉特別搭配。

熱台式芋圓 $42
芋圓糖水有熱有凍,兩款都加了薑絲;如果你抵得在這天氣吃凍,不妨吃凍的,因為裡面還加了仙草和珍珠,感覺更開心!芋圓有三色,特別喜歡芋頭,吃到芋頭粒。
還有很多想試的,但肚子太撐了,還是留待下次吧。
