The Green Room很有趣,不提供紅及白肉,只供應素食及海鮮,所以我來過兩次,一次主要吃素,另一次主要吃海鮮,都很高質;這裡居高臨下,坐擁無敵270度維港景色,無論中午或晚上來到,都有不同景致,叫人吃得舒服,加上價錢不貴,相信我還會再來第三四五次!

The Green Room位於銅鑼灣Tower 535的26樓,將餐廳與共享空間概念合二為一,這裡一邊是餐廳,另一邊是偌大的空間,有會議室和辦活動的地方。

我們的目標當然是開餐的那邊啦,很喜歡餐廳的空間感,巨型玻璃窗讓維港景色一覽無遺,無論日景和夜景都那麼醉人。

Beetroot Carpaccio $90
頭盤方面,特別喜歡他們的Beetroot Carpaccio。平時Carpaccio是指生牛肉片,面頭加上檸檬汁、橄欖油等等,這裡則以慢煮紅菜頭代替生牛肉,加上羊奶芝士、核桃等,最後淋上松露蜜糖醋,像真度極高之餘,也有豐富的口感。

The Green Room Salad $75
這個House Salad十分豐富,將當季新鮮蔬菜都放了進去,如牛油果、紅菜頭、露筍、青瓜、沙律菜、意大利雅枝竹等等,色彩繽紛,也是十分健康的素食。

喜歡吃海鮮的話,則可以選醃煙八爪魚,裡面還有鮮熱情果、烤栗米、泰國辣椒及芫荽製成的經典秘魯醬汁,層次豐富。

來到這裡一定要試他們的意粉、意大利雲吞和薄餅,因為都是採用意大利00粗粒小麥粉,每天新鮮製成,更加al dente。我好喜歡鰻魚薄餅,西班牙鰻魚經過煙燻,香氣十足,加上超美味的焦糖洋蔥和水牛芝士,無得輸。

素友們來到,有兩款IMPOSSIBLE meat選擇,包括採用了00小麥粉的肉醬意粉,以及非常厚肉的漢堡包,我更喜歡後者,因為感覺那塊「肉扒」更juicy,配上芝士、番茄,還有炸得薄身香脆的番薯片,朋友說比真肉更美味!

來了兩次,原來甜品都試了不少,Mille Feuille和Chocolate Souffle都是我的私心推介,前者用兩塊酥餅夾著檸檬忌廉,感覺好清新;後者是香濃甜美的朱古力味道,加上血橙雪糕,很有兒時吃朱古力橙餅的美好回憶。
