【Sugar】太古城東隅酒店。午市自助餐$195好抵食!

不經不覺,東隅酒店已有10年歷史,現正陸續進行客房和餐廳翻新,一向提供自助餐的FEAST (Food by EAST) 亦已暫停營業,在此期間,在32樓的酒吧Sugar將新設自助午餐時段,每位只需$195。
雖然食物選擇不算多,不過我很喜歡的沙律、凍肉、薄餅及甜品等都有頗多款式,而且這裡還有一個小小的Live Station,提供現煮的意粉及燴飯,包保食到捧著肚子走,加上無敵開揚景觀,令人心曠神怡,不妨和朋友來試試。

因為Sugar本身是酒吧,改做自助餐之後,老實說Buffet Line不會很長,但這裡勝在環境很好,室外位置可以飽覽無敵海景,有簷蓬和玻璃阻隔陽光和熱風,每張桌子旁邊也有風機,不會太熱;不過港女如我就不太喜愛和陽光玩遊戲,還是坐回室內好了。

可能是外國客人多吧,這裡的食物都偏向西方口味,像沙律選擇就有很多,我最喜愛的是紅菜頭沙律,甜美多汁;其他如薯仔沙律和火箭菜蘭度豆等,都是不錯的選擇。

很喜歡吃Cold Cut,這裡有兩三款選擇,我也就每款吃了兩三轉;巴馬火腿哈密瓜、三文魚卷等也相當受歡迎。

是日有三款薄餅選擇,芝士雜菌夠濃厚,火箭菜火腿夠滋味,我就只吃了兩款,要留肚吃主菜。

主菜可以任吃意粉和燴飯,喜歡哪種粉、哪種飯,配以甚麼汁醬和食材,都可以自己話事,在紙上剔好後,廚師就會現場烹調,然後送到你桌上。

還有一些麵包和芝士,可惜不是我杯茶;我情願喝湯,中西湯都有,今天中湯是粉葛湯,個人認為有點淡,可以再煲濃一些。

然後就到另一個重點:甜品區!我特別喜歡他們的馬卡龍小甜筒,馬卡龍兩面是不同味道的,一邊是朱古力,另一邊是紅莓,這個組合令馬卡龍不會太甜,底下是朱古力慕絲,夠軟滑,好吃。
