【Grill Tajimaya + SUKIYAKIYA】新鴻基中心新開兩間日式料理。Casual又得Fine Dining都得!

灣仔新鴻基中心今月中連開兩間日式餐廳,一間是主打手造漢堡的Grill Tajimaya,另一間則是供應高級壽喜燒的SUKIYAKIYA,風格截然不同,我兩間都試過了,究竟好不好吃?
一、日式西餐廳Grill Tajimaya。主攻手打漢堡

Grill Tajimaya的裝修十分打卡級,大玻璃窗配以綠草植物裝飾,女孩子來到準會喜歡。

燉煮芝士漢堡扒 $189
餐廳提供多款牛排及漢堡餐,午市套餐 (11:00-16:00) 特別抵食,百多元可以吃扒之餘,還可以配搭麵包/飯、沙律和飲品。試過他們的招牌漢堡,因為是人手打成,感覺特別鬆軟和Juicy;用鐵板上桌,也能較長時間保持溫度,不怕攤凍了不好吃。
我也喜歡他們的小吃,每款數十元,造型精緻。

與Grill Tajimaya不同,SUKIYAKIYA主打較Fine Dining的日本壽喜燒,這裡的裝修簡潔,感覺舒適。我點了兩份A5和牛壽喜燒套餐,每位$589,看單價好像不便宜,但以和牛的超高質素,以及豐富的套餐食物而言,實在物超所值。

前菜是三小碟,中間是牛肉他他,吃前先跟蛋黃拌勻。吃一口,牛肉軟嫰,而且很有肉味,其實我很少吃生肉,但這個真的不錯。

然後就是主角A5和牛了,很大的一塊,每人共有三塊。店員會幫忙烤肉,加些壽喜燒汁,將牛肉燒得嗞哩喳啦的,十分治癒。大家可以蘸日本蛋汁,也可以灑七味粉或山椒粉。
靚牛肉不需燒太久,很快就可以吃了。油花充足,軟腍美味,油香在口腔內縈繞不散,果然是高質的,單是這幾塊牛肉,已經值回票價。

不過還有好多美食在後頭。吃完牛肉還有蔬菜拼盤,色彩繽紛,相當吸引!店員這時加入鰹魚湯,將蔬菜小心鋪陳,並放上最後兩塊和牛在面頭,完美!

這塊印上了餐廳招牌的是甚麼?原來是麩,吸收了鍋內湯汁,份外美味。

不過我的最愛還是日本大蔥,又嫰又甜,無得輸。

這時已飽到不得了,但套餐內還有烏冬,好吧,都放進湯裡,質感滑溜。

最後的甜品是柚子雪葩,酸咪咪、凍冰冰,用來清一清味蕾,Perfect!
