大家有去過圓方的平台吃飯嗎?那邊椰林樹影,非常好Feel!平台有好幾間餐廳,其中之一是意大利餐廳Joia Restaurant & Bar,自家製作薄餅及意大利麵,曾榮獲《Hong Kong Tatler最佳餐廳獎》及TripAdvisor的卓越證書等,食力非凡!
餐廳最近推出「周末海鮮主題早午餐」,如果不需主菜,成人每位298元/位,可以免費攜同一位小童 (身高少於110厘米) 用餐,任食海鮮、沙律、前菜、甜品等等,相當抵食!(文末看影片)

跟商場內的餐廳不同,平台餐廳都設有室外座位,旁邊是高大的椰樹,外國人都喜歡坐在外面享受陽光,在這裡吃飯,特別有度假感覺。

Joia今次推出的Brunch/ Semi-buffet是「周末海鮮主題」,海鮮拼盤自是主角,選擇不算多,主要是龍蝦和大蝦,前者回本,但我個人更喜歡後者,大隻又鮮甜。

自助吧枱上任吃的還有各款意大利火腿、沙律、青菜和芝士等,我個人最喜歡是火箭菜配巴馬火腿,吃完一碟又一碟。這麼優質的環境,別忘記拍照打卡啊!

想吃主菜也不過加30元,有多款美食可供選擇,大件夾抵食一定是自家製12吋薄餅,一個人基本上吃不完。我喜歡簡單的Pizza,Margherita自是不二之選,另一款是巴馬火腿,一樣好啱食,讚!

主菜肉食有兩款,一雞一魚,大致上都做得不錯,個人較喜歡春雞,雞肉嫰滑,配以伴碟的煙肉和薯仔粒,惹味。

三款意粉之中,我最喜歡龍蝦意粉,啖啖龍蝦肉,龍蝦汁的精華與意粉渾然天成,意粉保持彈牙口感,自家製果然更美味。

吃完主菜,是時候回到自助吧枱拿甜品和水果了,用咖啡杯盛著的Tiramisu是朋友們的至愛,不過亦因為太搶手了,我出去兩三次都拿不到;不如試藍莓芝士餅,芝士蛋糕軟滑,不會過甜,做得不錯。

喜歡的話,亦可以加錢任飲餐酒,這天我們要了香檳,容易入口之餘,拍照也好看。
