【鼎家喜筷】鼎爺平霸版 燒味無得輸

鼎家喜筷,英文名叫Ding Lee,來到門口,見到餐廳名,笑咗。這是鼎爺私房菜的年輕版+平霸版,自設茶飲部及燒味部,芝士奶蓋、靚靚花茶、熱辣辣燒味 (店內即燒),一應俱全。原來想試星級名廚監製的出品,都可以所費無幾。

餐廳位於荃灣海之戀商場,比起「鼎爺私房菜」,這裡的格局更加輕鬆,價錢也較親民。

餐廳牆上有很多阿爺招牌光頭圖案,不是拿著鵝脾,就是抬著幾隻燒鵝,可想而知,這裡的招牌菜就是燒味,尤其是燒鵝了。

薄荷檸檬蝶豆花茶 $55
不如先喝一杯?推介飲品如有芝士奶蓋、芝麻咖啡等,但我不喝牛奶或咖啡,不如就要花茶吧,這杯「薄荷檸檬蝶豆花茶」靚到一個點,味道不會太甜,清清淡淡,毫無負擔。

黃金魷魚鬚 $60
小食很有驚喜,像這個「黃金魷魚鬚」,每塊都沾滿了鹹蛋黃醬,超惹味,可惜我膽固醇超標,只敢淺嘗一塊就要收手。

鼎家脆炸蓮藕片 $49
相比之下,我更更更愛這個藕片,切得很薄,炸得香脆,上面灑滿鹽花、胡椒粉和沙薑粉等,比薯片更正!我怕熱氣,但都忍不住吃完一塊又一塊。

柑橘燒鵝例牌配柑橘醬 $148
燒味的選擇非常多,例如是燒味夾膜、燒味飯等,不過我的最愛,就一定是柑橘燒鵝,用了鮮橙、檸檬、青檸等新鮮水果,醃製18小時,不但可以去除鵝羶,更可以令肉質更加軟腍,吃時蘸些柑橘醬,酸酸甜甜,超美味!

涼拌麻辣蒜香手撕貴妃雞撈丁 $80
除燒味之外,還有很多主食選擇。朋友點了豬扒飯,我本來很怕吃大塊肉,不過這塊豬扒又真的很軟腍入味,感覺不錯;我個人更愛手撕雞撈丁,又麻辣又蒜香,聽到都知惹味,尤其是這幾天開始轉熱,吃涼拌好舒服。

流心朱古力心太軟 $58
想不到鼎爺會有咁靚的西式甜品吧!窩夫夠厚身,外脆內軟,簡單而美味;心太軟朱古力味濃郁,夠流心,配以雲呢拿雪糕,一濃一淡,好夾。
