來到第一件事,就是要準備「打卡道具」,汽酒是也。事實上這個Free Flow套餐非常抵,只要加$99,就可以在1.5小時內無限暢飲汽酒、紅白酒及啤酒,只需喝上幾杯就可以翻本了。

看完餐單,我們各自選了心頭好,餐包就送上了,竟然有三款口味之多:香脆的麵包條、薄脆,以及軟綿綿的橄欖麵包,蘸著油醋吃,不錯呢!

海鮮拼盤
頭盤是不用選擇的,餐廳會將兩個拼盤都送上,只是會因應人頭而調校分量。我實在太喜愛吃Cold Cut,所以「凍肉拼盤」一定無得輸,一盤裡共有三款凍肉,配以蜜瓜、水牛芝士和火箭菜,好幸福!
「海鮮拼盤」也不賴,除八爪魚、鮮蝦等海上鮮之外,還有新鮮嫰紅的牛肉他他,用來塗剛才的薄脆吃剛好。

炭燒斧頭扒伴薯仔及蘆筍 +$400/二人分量
我最吃牛肉了,朋友亦正好是牛魔王,一於夾份吃個斧頭扒吧!
上桌了,大家看斧頭骨就知道分量驚人,四個人都吃不完呢!牛扒外層充滿焦香,裡面仍保持嫰紅,非常Juicy,肉味不錯,果然沒點錯。吃時可以蘸牛肉汁、芥辣、海鹽或芥末,各有不同風味,我個人認為簡簡單單,蘸些海鹽已Very Good!

其他幾位朋友都鍾情海鮮,分別要了龍蝦意粉和海鮮拼盤,我們一於開心Share。我的最愛是龍蝦,鮮甜可口;帶子也不錯,煎得金黃色,單是賣相已叫人垂涎三尺!

雲呢拿奶凍伴芒果
最後是甜品,其實三款都做得不錯:朱古力蛋糕鬆軟,奶凍軟滑,不過我的最愛還是招牌Tiramisu,滑溜得像忌廉,還帶濃郁咖啡香,這個下午,實在吃得太滿足了!
