走到中環的Segreto Private Kitchen,想吃一頓由Chef Ermanno炮製的私房菜,每人動輒要過千元,但如果你是長期糧尾兼荷包乾硬化,也不用失望,因為好消息是,最近他在上環主理多一間餐廳,名為Casa Pasta,主打意粉和小食,幾十元起即有交易,絕對食得過!

Casa Pasta不近地鐵站,走過來大概要十分鐘,頂著33度高溫,行到過來我已渾身濕透;而且店子很小,隨時無位坐,像我們這天,就要坐出室外。但儘管如此,還是很值得一來,因為食物實在高質,而且價錢相宜。

餐廳門口有些小花盆,上面種滿了不同的香草,如Basil、Chili Pepper等等,不但觀賞價值高,而且也可以拿最新鮮的食材入饌。

非常推介這裡的薄餅,價錢便宜,熱辣辣、脆卜卜,我最喜愛的是Diavola Spicy,辣腸、芝士、香草配合得天衣無縫,芝士很香,厚厚的一層可以拉絲。

肉醬薯條 $68
又粗又厚的薯條也是必吃,可以配不同的醬汁,今天選了卡邦尼和肉醬,裡面都有芝士,我更愛肉醬,酸咪咪的更開胃。薯條真的好熱氣,但也實在熱辣香脆,太好吃了,叫我吃完一條又一條,好邪惡。

肉丸配拿破侖醬 $98
肉丸是以Chef Ermanno的家傳秘方製作,鬆軟又Juicy,配以酸咪咪的拿破侖醬,很容易就幹掉三球。

烤焗千層茄子 $78
別小看這千層茄子,裡面是層層芝士和茄子,相當飽肚。茄子焗得軟腍,融化了的芝士質感軟滑,配以茄汁,好吃。

卡邦尼意粉 $108
這裡的卡邦尼意粉黃澄澄的,為甚麼呢?據悉是用了意大利雞蛋,蛋黃色澤特別橙黃,味道也分外香濃,是餐廳招牌菜之一,不要錯過。

藍芝士配核桃薯糰 $128
我平日不吃Blue Cheese,因為味道實在太濃烈,但這裡又OK喎,芝士味道香濃得來又不令人反感;薯糰軟綿煙靭,有點像韓式年糕,每粒都沾滿了芝士醬汁。這道菜十分飽肚,開心Share較好。

草莓芝士蛋糕、意大利蘋果蛋糕 $58@
別看這店子小小,卻是有不少甜品選擇。必吃是Tiramisu,這是Chef Ermanno在私房餐廳的招牌美食之一,分量和擺盤當然跟私房菜不同,但卻是同樣高質,質感香滑,味道濃郁,甜品控必吃。
