香港人最愛吃泰菜,我也不例外。今天走到朗豪坊,突然記起這裡有一間不錯的泰菜餐廳「Bamboo Thai」,她有道活像「盆景」的招牌菜「火山排骨」,酸酸咪咪肉質又夠腍,必吃!喜歡吃海鮮的朋友,更一定要點「泰式蛋咖喱炒原隻肉蟹」,蟹肉鮮甜不在話下,那些蛋咖喱才是重點,馥郁芳香,塗在油酥餅、蒜蓉包上,簡直是人間極品!

青木瓜沙律 $68
先來一些前菜,我想吃酸咪咪的,故特別要了這「青木瓜沙律」,木瓜爽口,想不到裡面還有鮮蝦,味道鮮甜,絕不是雪藏貨,很是驚喜!

招牌冬蔭雞翼 $68
牛油雞翼吃得多,這個冬蔭雞翼是個變奏版,有點像牛油雞翼,不過卻增添了冬蔭公的酸辣味道,更加惹味。外層香脆,內裡雞肉嫰滑,十分完美,我個人霸了兩隻來吃。

我們共四個人,不如點個拼盤開心Share。我沒有試齊全部,朋友說春卷很好吃,魷魚圈有點硬,我個人最喜歡是雞串燒,蘸一下沙嗲醬,美味。

火山排骨 $118 (小)
一大盆的排骨,疊得高高的,還灑上了很多蔥花,我覺得有點像盆景呢,很有美感。味道也不錯,肉質夠腍,底汁酸辣帶蒜香,有點像明爐烏頭那種,雖是一大盆肉,卻不會感到膩滯。

泰式蛋咖喱炒原隻肉蟹 $398

是日最愛,一定是這咖喱蟹,大家第一時間不是食蟹,而是忙著把咖喱汁塗到油酥餅和蒜蓉包上,吃個不亦樂乎。蛋咖喱很香又夠厚身,與香脆的蒜蓉包是絕配,我們吃完一客再Encore,好滿足;吃夠了麵包再吃蟹,蟹很新鮮,肉質實淨鮮甜,一樣出色,食到要吮手指!

香芒糯米飯 $68
最後來個甜品,「香芒糯米飯」配了一球椰子雪糕,清新甜美,那塊芒果,厚肉又香甜,配以軟熟的糯米飯,超美味!
