【醉胡爐】高質!長期爆滿的人氣火鍋店

上次去完「胡爐」吃任食火鍋後,印象難忘,知道他們同集團還有一間高級版「醉胡爐」,一直都想來試試,這天終於夾到朋友們的檔期,一於來豪一豪!
沒有令我失望,這裡無論湯底、牛肉、丸餃,以至串燒、小食等都非常高質,吃到大家都捧著肚子、非常滿足地歸家。

醉胡爐位於尖沙咀柯士甸路,這裡食肆林立,是我以前在尖沙咀上班的「搵食一街」。醉胡爐只開晚市,室內偌大的燈飾球很有氣派。

黃金炸魚皮 $88
平日的炸魚皮都是彎彎曲曲的,怎麼這裡的都像熨過般筆直?真有趣!每塊魚皮都沾滿了鹹蛋黃,又香又脆,好邪惡啊!

白鱔 $48/串
串燒之中,我的最愛除了白鱔,還是白鱔。這裡的都很高質,魚皮燒得香脆,魚肉夠厚有魚油,吃前澆少許檸檬汁,更添香氣。

香酥炸秋葵 $68
朋友本來想點秋葵打邊爐,卻點錯了這炸秋葵,我們當然照吃,結果很有驚喜!漿粉薄身惹味,配上新鮮清爽的秋葵,味道竟然相當夾,雖然我怕熱氣,但都忍不住吃了好幾條!

我們共點了兩個湯底,都很足料,味道比我想像的清淡,但清淡有清淡的好,沒有罪惡感之餘,也更能吃到靚料的原味。

點了兩款靚牛肉,各有特色。牛頸脊的牛肉味香濃,較有咬口;安格斯肥牛有更多油花,軟腍美味,個人更喜歡後者,吃完一塊又一塊,太滿足了!

脆肉鯇是今晚另一個驚喜!魚肉又厚又脆,想不到貼近魚皮附近還相當肥美,吃到啖啖魚脂肪,非常高質。
