【Gioia Charcoal Grill & Oyster Bar】美酒生蠔夜

 

地鐵通車之後,西環已經成為我其中一個「搵食」新蒲點,今晚就去左鄰近堅尼地城站既Gioia Charcoal Grill & Oyster Bar。

餐廳設有Bar枱,上面放滿唔同品種既生蠔,仲有原隻火腿添,立即叫人食指大動!

Schaller (6 pcs, $118)

事不宜遲,先叫黎白酒同六隻生蠔。Schaller來自法國,雖然唔屬於大隻,但蠔身飽滿兼爽口彈牙,帶有中度既海水味,蠔味濃郁,有after taste,係唔錯既選擇。

Crab Meats Pumpkin Soup ($88)

有時飲南瓜湯會覺得太甜,但呢個「蟹肉南瓜湯」就無呢個問題,南瓜味重得黎唔會過甜,湯入面仲有大量新鮮蟹肉,yummy又飽肚。

Italian Sausage Pizza ($128)

Pizza屬於薄批,熱辣辣新鮮焗起,非常香脆。上面鋪滿意大利香腸、橄欖、燈籠椒等等,番茄同芝士味相當突出,令我忘記左減肥既事,食完一塊又一塊!

Veal Shank Ossobuco ($238)

最後係牛仔膝,上面鋪滿肉碎。牛仔膝煮到好腍好入味,啖啖肉好好味,呢個時候,我實在好想叫碗白飯,將D肉碎撈落去,再加埋牛仔膝做餸,就為之very good啦!
