最近沙田新城市廣場颳起了一陣韓風,除了名字響噹噹的韓國過江龍Isaac Toast,還有旁邊的人氣韓式烤肉店馬場洞,他們的午市套餐很值得一試,因為相比起a la carte,午市套餐平了一大截,像「脊骨土豆鍋配飯」,單點要$298,午市只$74;韓式炸雞單點要$98至$108,午市則一律$74,還送你飲品,雖然分量或有不同,但肯肯定是更加抵食。

這天周日中午兩點多來到,雖過了午飯高峰時段,但人流仍是絡繹不絕,我們等了半小時左右,終於有位了。

餐廳主打「濕式熟成」肉類,即是將肉放在真空包裝袋內,用雪櫃恒溫+恒濕,低溫熟成360小時,據稱肉質會更軟嫩,肉味更香濃。
但我這位世紀大懶人,今天不想烤肉,一雙精明眼只看見非常抵食的午市套餐,那麼下次才烤肉吧,今天先吃套餐。

點餐之後,侍應先送來三碟前菜,有雞肉、蒜芯和泡菜,跟其他韓國餐廳常見的芽菜、海藻相比,這裡似乎更有誠意!朋友說最喜歡蒜芯,不但爽口,而且酸中帶微辣,十分開胃。

蔘雞湯 $118
主菜來了。我對蔘雞湯向來情有獨鍾,去韓國旅遊時,更會特意找來名店品嘗。這裡也做得不錯,雞肉嫰滑,打開有糯米和鮮人蔘,滲出淡淡的人蔘香氣,雞湯本身沒有太多調味,吃時可以加入少許粗鹽。對於我這位湯怪來說,喝這蔘雞湯實在大滿足。

無論喜歡吃牛肉或豬肉,午市套餐都有選擇。個人來說更喜歡「脊骨土豆鍋」,脊骨炆得腍身,還配以我喜歡的薯仔,絕對飽肚!

去韓式餐廳又怎能不試炸雞?這裡有三款口味:招牌、蒜香醬油、甜辣,我們揀了後者,雞件全部去骨,雞肉嫰滑juicy,淋上惹味的甜辣醬,無得輸。

薯仔煎餅 單點$78
除套餐之外,喜歡吃薯仔的我還點了這個「薯仔煎餅」。很好吃啊,裡面全是土豆絲,煎得有點脆,面層還灑上了芝士粉,可以說是今天最喜歡的一道菜。今天超級飽了,下次再來要encore這個。
