一看到九龍香格里拉的下午茶主題「Dare To Be Different 拒絕平庸」就覺得好喜歡,這讓我想起了張國榮的歌曲《我》,是的,有點自我,不過好型!我就是我,獨一無二,或許我很古怪,但我喜歡自己,and… I Dare To Be Different!

起了這麼型格的下午茶名字,原來是因為聯乘了Crabtree & Evelyn,配合了他們的產品系列主題:
Evelyn Rose系列 – 拒絕平庸的玫瑰
Crabtree系列 – 包容率真的蘋果和佛手柑
The Gardeners系列 – 擁抱自然的巴西苺和枸杞
Bali系列 – 香茅、椰子和檀香木

香辣帶子他他配薑及佛手柑醬
鹹點之中,我最喜愛是帶子他他,一來自己喜歡吃帶子,二來加入了薑和佛手柑等元素,辣辣的甜甜的,感覺十分清新!此外,鴨肝也是我的all time favourite,這裡也做得軟滑,配多士一流!

甜品選擇更是色彩繽紛、琳瑯滿目。推薦「雲呢拿玫瑰味馬卡龍」,一來造型好立體、顏色搶眼,二來我喜歡她有慕絲、馬卡龍等多重口感,吃起來更開心!
