這晚我最愛的小食是芋圓,煙煙靭靭,芋頭味香濃,還可以隨意加入爆珠、水果、紅豆等等,好滿足。

特長威靈頓牛柳
這份三呎長的威靈頓牛柳,以蘑菇、風乾火腿和酥皮包裹著牛柳,再以 180℃高溫烤焗, 吃一口,外層的酥皮十分鬆化,裡面仍保持嫰紅,還有包邊的磨菇碎增添香氣,很不錯。

泰式湯麵
吃粉麵太飽肚了,一般我不會吃,但見朋友個仔仔吃完一碗又一碗,忍不住也要了一碗。可以選冬蔭公湯或雲吞湯,我選了前者,想不到辣度頗勁,吃了兩口就要放棄,真失禮。

飲品選擇也不hea,除汽水啤酒,紅酒也是任飲,喜歡杯中物的,多喝幾杯就可以回本,我則喜歡清淡口味,detox water最啱我。
