最近逛Elements,發現位於一樓的Cafe Deco Pizzeria由一樓搬到二樓去了,餐單耳目一新 (約更換了五成菜式),門口更增設了意大利雪糕品牌2/3 Dolci的雪糕櫃,大家不單可以外賣一球,餐廳內所有雪糕甜品都吃得到;還別忘了他們的薄餅,自家製薄餅粉糰,可以自選材料,用火爐即場焗製,新鮮香脆!

我很喜歡吃雪糕,所以餐廳門口的雪糕櫃馬上吸引了我的眼球,多款口味都很獨特,如開心果、伯爵茶、岩鹽焦糖等等,一於走進去慢慢食!

除甜品之外,原來餐廳還會用Dolci雪糕來做奶昔,四款口味包括士多啤梨、抹茶、芒果熱情果、岩鹽焦糖,好吸引!可惜這天颳風又淋了雨,有點冷,我沒有喝,只聽朋友大讚夠滑又有奶香,就讓我下次來試吧!

意式芝士凍肉拼盤 $168
我們這天人多,點了好幾款頭盤。最喜歡的是牛油果蟹肉多士,因為這兩種都是我很喜歡的食材,加上烤得香脆的多士,基本上無得輸!
烤八爪魚帶微辣,肉質軟嫰無渣;我不太喜歡吃生肉,生牛肉他他本來不是我杯茶,朋友慫恿下還是吃了一口,酸酸的有洋蔥粒,十分惹味;最後的凍肉拼盤很豐富,除各款意式凍肉及芝士,還有無花果乾、合桃、新鮮葡萄、烤麵包等等,最適合大班朋友開心share!

M6和牛拼虎蝦薄餅 $185
一定要試薄餅嘛,除可以自選食材,也可以試試餐牌上的,因為配搭很特別。煙吞拿魚腩薄餅上面有兩隻半熟雞蛋,邊吃邊流蛋漿實在吸引;M6和牛拼虎蝦薄餅都很好,和牛的肉味濃郁,虎蝦新鮮爽口,只是不太喜歡那些青紅椒,早知就叫「走椒」了,哈哈!

叫了兩款意粉,龍蝦汁大蝦扁意粉不用說就是我的「飛佛」,但沒想過豚面頰肉貝殻粉更叫我驚喜,酸酸的很開胃,豚肉軟腍入味,細心咀嚼,怎麼有些脆粒,看真一點,原來是炸脆了的豬皮!敲脆了分布在整碟貝殻粉內,更添口感,很有心思!

已經很飽了,但沒有不吃甜品的理由,點了三款,都又美又好吃。梳乎厘班㦸有原味和抹茶味可供選擇,班㦸空氣感重,十分鬆軟,配以開心果蓉或岩鹽焦糖雪糕,都十分搭配。
The Fighting Flavours其實是白朱古力泡沫包著朱古力慕絲、海鹽焦糖雪糕及焦糖花生,特別喜歡那花生,甜美香脆,錦上添花。
最後靚爆的The Best of Both Worlds,紅色的是紅桑子啫喱,紫色的是黑莓啫喱,裡面包著自家製Oreo芝士蛋糕,天呀,Oreo向來都是我的最愛,是想肥死我嗎?用微酸的雜莓啫喱包著芝士蛋糕,正好中和了滯膩感,是很好的平衡。
