不經不覺就中秋節了,中國人講求養生,原來入秋吃火鍋都可以選擇養生湯底,吃得滋補。這晚我們一行人柴娃娃到了旺角的canton pot,除嘗到最新的「姫松茸沉香養生湯鍋」及「古法沉香素八珍湯」,還有招牌的「花膠燉響螺湯」及「韓式牛肋骨湯」,邊吃邊談,度過了一個開心的晚上!

我們點了好幾個鍋底,最新推出是兩個沉香湯底,一素一葷,沉香木可入藥,有行氣止痛、溫中止嘔、納氣平喘的功效。服務員先勺湯給我們喝,我這位肉肉子,當然較喜歡用烏雞煲的「姫松茸沉香養生湯鍋」啦,清甜濃郁,超美味!之後加湯吃火鍋,全部都會用原有湯底,保證原汁原味。

四合丸和四寶丸不同,前者以鮮蝦肉、鮮墨魚、露筍及金華火腿手打而成,後者則是四種口味,包括鮮黑松露豬肉丸、鮮墨魚丸、鮮蝦丸、陳皮鯪魚丸,爽口彈牙。
