這天約了朋友去尖沙咀午膳,朋友無辣不歡,我則是吃辣BB班,怎麼辦?最後選了在K11 Musea的「蜀客」,餐牌有辣有唔辣,悉隨尊便。

蜀客有個很大的酒吧,可惜我們午後有工作,不能喝酒,所以只能遠觀了。來吃午餐也不錯,落地玻璃窗讓陽光滲進來,感覺舒服。

店員為我們送上餐前小食,全部一粒一粒,好香口,究竟是甚麼?細問之下,原來是炸荷蘭豆和蠶豆,還是第一次這樣吃荷蘭豆,脆卜卜又幾得意。

香芋鴨方 $188
除了主餐牌,餐廳還有一本鴨料理餐牌,眾多菜式之中,我們選了這道「香芋鴨方」,面頭像是素鵝腐皮,炸得香脆,裡面是芋蓉與鴨肉,吃時蘸一下酸甜汁,感覺有點像吃芋頭魚,加了鴨肉更添香氣與口感。

泡椒蒜香開件龍蝦 $488
我喜歡吃海鮮,這道泡椒蒜香龍蝦是餐廳的招牌菜之一,簡直是不二之選。下單時可選開邊或開件,我們兩條大懶蟲當然選後者。新鮮龍蝦啖啖肉,鮮甜彈牙,泡椒蒜蓉汁惹味又不會太辣,人間美味。

小米粥泡桂花魚片 $288
魚片小米粥上桌時黃澄澄的一大窩,顏值極高。小米夠正氣,魚片滑溜無骨,粥內有不少薑絲,飽肚又美味。

四川冰粉 $38
中式甜品之中,我最喜愛的就是四川冰粉了,口感像啫喱,冰冰涼涼,加上山楂、花生、葡萄乾等,後者雪凍了煙煙靭靭的特別有口感,果然沒令我失望。
