【Glasshouse】神戶牛柳做早餐,會唔會太串?

約左朋友到IFC傾野,早左朋友未到,不如自己先黎個靚brunch?

之前已經黎過IFC四樓平台既Glasshouse食晚飯,感覺唔錯,今日黎個「再度重遇你」。食評網話餐廳開11點,都的確係,門係開左,不過廚房未ready,要11:30先可以order。

見佢地有New Dishes Menu,眾裡尋她,揀左個越式牛肉湯麵,但呢碗麵一D都唔平,要成$168,點解?因為係用神戶牛柳做囉!

Kobe Beef Soup Noodles ($168)

先呷一口湯底,濃郁牛肉味,唔錯,之後再加入椒絲、青檸、炸蒜片,更加惹味。神戶牛柳上枱時仍然半熟,顏色粉嫰,脂肪分布平均,吃一口,非常軟滑,果然係一分錢一分貨!除左牛柳之外,仲有幾粒牛丸,腍身,但感覺無乜特別,都只係配角一名吧,哈哈!

周六中午,其實餐廳無乜人,但侍應都係要求我限時兩個鐘交枱 (縱使頭半個鐘我係唔可以order),感覺有少少絕情,any肥,咁我轉場囉!
