日語的「浜」意指海邊,「浜燒」就是在海邊燒烤,然後簡單地加上鹽或豉油去調味,是一種漁民料理,能吃到海產的真正鮮甜味美。

燒河豚一夜干 ($98)
在香港吃河豚,可說是「極罕」,因為河豚本身含有劇毒,在日本需要經認證的專業師傅操刀,餐廳才可以供應有關菜式。「漁獲浜燒」則在日本入口已經處理好的河豚來烹調,大家可以放心食用。
說餐廳提供「多款」河豚菜式,一點也不為過,由魚皮、魚肉、魚骨、白子 (睪丸) 等都有,我最愛的是一夜干,肉質紮質有彈性,經過一夜干處理,味道香濃,用來佐酒一流!

甲羅燒 ($78單點,$98任食)
在東京也有吃過甲羅燒,那次的味道比較鹹,酒味重,感覺一般;今次「漁獲浜燒」的製法稍有不同,他們將蟹膏、蟹肉、味噌醬、鵪鶉蛋、蔥花、炸麵包碎等共冶一爐,能吃到蟹的鮮香;由於蟹殼被烤得微焦,所以味道還增添了幾分焦香……個人覺得,這個比在東京吃到的味道更佳。
而重點是,平時賣$78一份的甲羅燒,現在只需加多$20就可以任食,實在太划算了!
