紛紛攘攘之中,快要踏入12月了,在很多不開心的新聞當中,近日接連傳來了鼓舞的消息,香港人真爭氣啊!心情好了一點,社會氣氛也回復了一點,這天決定外出吃飯,來到旺角新世紀的念川居,發現秋冬菜式已經上場了,那就好好吃頓飯,加油後繼續努力!

生拆大閘蟹粉豆苗 ($248)
很喜歡吃大閘蟹,一年一度的季節,怎可以錯過?餐廳有提供兩位用的大閘蟹宴 ($1,088/兩位),菜式亦可以單點。最原汁原味的,當然是四両半的大閘蟹,蟹膏豐盈;拍拆蟹麻煩的,則一定要試蟹粉小籠包,以人手生拆蟹粉,一啖一口,鮮肉湯汁與新鮮蟹粉配合得天衣無縫;想吃碟菜?蟹粉豆苗確是不錯的選擇,蟹粉鮮香,豆苗翠嫰。

水煮厚切牛脷 ($288)
來到念川居,無論如何都要試試香辣惹味的川菜。我們點了魚又點了牛,前者香而不辣,入口啖啖肉,底下還有些香滑烏冬,對於不太吃辣的我十分適宜;後者的牛舌又厚又腍,辣度同屬輕微,嗜辣的朋友可要求加辣,湯底是花生芽、筍片和薯粉等,十分豐富。

蓮子豬肚雞煲 ($698,須預訂)
餐廳採用了福建蓮子,粒粒都又大又飽滿,蓮子吸收了雞湯精華,入口即溶,十分出色,而且分量十足,一大窩我們五個人都吃不完。主角還有雞肉和豬肚,全部啖啖肉,蓮子性溫,可補五臟不足,豬肚滋潤養顏,雞肉補而不燥,特別適合秋冬食用。

吃到最後,本來已吃不下飯,但這個糯米飯確是令人驚艷!炒得粒粒分明,而且充滿蝦米的鮮香,加上臘腸、臘肉等,叫人吃不停口。

蜂蜜火龍果沙冰 ($48),青檸樹 ($33)
怕辣的朋友記得點特飲,上次來試過青檸樹,對我來說是太酸,盲公開眼,今次一於試火龍果沙冰,果然更適合我,用新鮮火龍果去榨,加上蜂蜜,非常清甜,解辣一流!
