最近尖沙咀開了一間烤魚餐廳「小魚兒」,主打不同款式的烤魚,必試招牌「鳳梨香辣豆花烤魚」,將甜美的鳳梨入饌,夏天吃感覺特別清新!不過我更愛他們的燒烤,餐廳特別從日本訂製了一台高端串燒爐,溫度高達800度,肉類受熱均勻,串燒外層香脆,裡面鎖住了肉汁,一定要試他們的「蒜蓉牛油燒大頭蝦」,超爆膏!

老壇酸菜豆花烤魚
烤魚是餐廳的招牌菜,無論如何都要試一下。價錢方面則要看你選甚麼魚:深海石斑或沙巴龍躉 $368,江團魚 $318,海鱸魚 $278。
我這天試了中價的江團魚,多骨但魚味重,肉質較實淨,每款魚的四邊都有很滑溜的豆腐。我對主打的「鳳梨香辣豆花烤魚」充滿了期望,惟湯底的酸、甜、辣味道都不足,很有點失望,希望日後餐廳能在湯底加入更多鳳梨汁提鮮。放在魚面頭的鳳梨則很甜,多吃幾塊可彌補不足。

說到底我還是喜歡他們的BBQ出品,蒜蓉牛油燒大頭蝦尤其出色,蝦肉爽口彈牙,將蝦肉切出來,蘸進蝦頭的蝦膏裡同吃,那份滋味實在不得了!燒白鱔也很出色,白鱔夠厚肉,魚皮烤得脆,加一些獨門醬油,滿足!鮑魚則性價比高,$68有兩隻,都不可錯過。
